USA Credit, without my permission stole $149.95 from my checking account. We never filled out an application for their phony credit card that is no good anywhere but through their company.
When we contacted them they pretty much called us liars and said that we did apply for their card, but when asked for proof that we applied,they could not produce any. Luckily we check our bank account every morning and found out that the transaction occured at 2:45 am 3/29/07.
We got USA Credit on a 3 way conference call with our bank, where they tried to say that we authorized this debit on 3/22/07. The bank brought up our transactions and we had proof that we were in Mexico on the date that they said we applied.
All of a sudden USA Credit changed their tune and said that they would return our money. We will see. If they don't the bank is going to reverse the charges and we will change all our banking information.
