USA Credit reopened an account that had been closed, opened it up again and withdrew $149.95 without my permission Internet

I origionally opened an account with USA CREDIT, the following day I took a look at what they were charging and changed my mind, I can not really afford it. I called them to cancell the account and withdraw my permission to take any kind of money from my account. I took the date I closed the account, the person I spoke with. I was really specific with him and actually repeated what I wanted several times.

I went into my bank and was told my account was withdrawn $149.95 and it was USA Credit that had done this. It was NSF and I was charged the fee for that. I called them and asked why they had done this after I closed the account. They told me it was reopen and I had to be the one who did it. I informed them I was not the one who did it. I could not afford it and nothing had changed. I again closed the account and told them once again they do not have my permission to take any money out of my account. I also made the point they have all my personal info and it would be very easy for anybody there to reopen the account and take a cash advance.

Iam on permanent disability, what they did to me took food and important medication away from me, with nowhere to go. I have been with the bank Iam at for over 10 years and have never had anything like that ever happen, it was one of the most humilating moments of my life.
