USA Credit USA Credit stole from my new checking accounting. Internet

I open a new checking accounting for myself and my wife. This account I would be depositing my payroll check from my employer using direct deposit. I was searching for cash deposit and the company call the bank to vertify information which we were informed that the account was in the negative. I immediately check the account and found that USA Credit had stolen $149.95 out of my account without any permission. In my account was $100.00 they stole that amount which left my account in the red of $83.93 which I did not authorize them or anyone to take from my account. I would lke to sue USA Credit for punative damage and all the amount in the red which the bank attached on to the account daily being the account in is in the negative.

I check my account for any physicial address, phone number and the only thing that is listed to identity USA Credit is: DES 8006859354 ID, no phone number or address.
