USA Credit I was checking my email's and I came across a confirmation with USA Credit that my checking account is going to be debited $149.95 for my so called membership with USA Credit one business day from the date of my so called application that I did with them. I called the number right way 800-262-8052 so i could stop whatever fraud thay where trying to do. But they were closed Internet

I was checking my email's and I came across a confirmation with USA Credit that my checking account is going to be debited $149.95 for my so called membership with USA Credit one business day from the date of my so called application that I did with them. I called the number right way 800-262-8052 so i could stop whatever fraud thay where trying to do. But they were closed, I immidiately replied to their email, they did reply back "We are unable to respond to your request through this service. If you require assistance, please contact our Member Service Department at 1-800-679-6914. We apologize for any incovenience this may cause." So they say that they can't help me via-email, but yet they could and have time to reply with this message. This is some BS. I replied again letting them know that I do need a response back ASAP, as well I was going to file a police report for idenity theft, as well that my bank was aware of whats going on with this matter. But as of now i have not heard or gotten a response from them. The police said that they need some information so they could file a report. So basiclly the only oppion that I have now is to close my checking account. But im stuck there, I wrote a check for my rent and as of yet it still hasn't cleared the bank. So I am obligated to have it opened until it clears. I called my land lord explaining to them that I need to close my bank account due to idenity theft. They said that it was fine but that i has to pay them $75.00 for late rent. I can't afford that, im a single parent of 2 and I limited to my income. So i feel obligated with this scam. I need help on what to do..... Help....
