USA Movers, Inc. Gaby or Gil B. Shoushan Scam Rockville or Gaithersburg Maryland

USA Movers, Inc. assisted me with a move during June 2013.  I initially set-up the move with an employee by the name of Janice during the end of May 2013.  She quoted me $95.00 per hour and that this price would include everything (gas, packing materials etc.).  I told her I wasn't looking to pay over $400.00 and she said it wouldn't be that much at all.  To make a long story short, they overwrapped items just to jack-up the price.  It still didn't do any good, as they damaged some of my furniture. When the move was completed, I spoke with Nick and he said the total price was $900+ dollars.  I told Nick I couldn't afford to pay that much and that I was misquoted.  He informed me to call Gaby to workout the price.  I proceeded to call Gaby and he said he would have a discussion with Janice the next day and that he wouldn't charge me.  An hour later, I checked my account and noticed these idiots immediately deducted the funds from my debit card.  I called Gaby and he got very indignant and said, "We moved you, didn't we?!!!!"  I told him this isn't a good way to do business and told him he'll be hearing from me again. I contacted an investigator with the US Attorney's office.  She tried helping us reach a settlement, but wasn't able to, because I wasn't willing to settle for the small amount Gaby was offering.  His workers ruinned some furniture, a bedroom wall in a newly renovated house and I wasn't refunded my deposit.  If I have anything to do with it, these people will get caught, eventually.
