USA Platinum ripoff Usashoppingclub.com internet

USA Platinum offersd one of those deals that doesnt necessarily seem to good to be true, but it is. They offer a refund of the amount that you pay to start up after you make your first purchase with their card.
But their site has limited items that you can actually use their card for, and the items are way over priced. They don't even use name brands. These non-name brand items they sell cost atleast 20 to 30 percent more than the name brands would even sell them at full retail value. Plus i never recieved my refundable startup fee back and they are impossible to contact.
