I have been a USAA menber for 49 years (longer than their Chairman) and currently have all of my seven insurance policies with them I recently had a minor fender bender while driving a rental car. I repaired the minor ($400) damage to the rental with my own money. The other vehicle had $2000 in damage which USAA is refusing to pay, claiming that Hertz should pay it.
Kevin O'Grady - claims director - even chastised me for paying for the damage to the rental out of my own pocket! I joined USAA on my way to Vietnam in 1968. I deserve better treatment than this!!
