USAFIS USAFIS ORG credit card fraud, pretending to be US Immigration, scam, do not call back New York, New York

On 8/29/2011 I was called by USAFIS and it's representative told me it was the official Immigration service, and that I had to pay to be processed.

I know it was stupid, but I gave this person my CC Number and was instead given an Account Number.

I then called my husband and he told me to close the CC immediately, which I did, and I also contacted USAFIS to cancel my purchase.

Shortly after, a packet was delivered to my house, under a different company name. So, I signed for it and it contained some useless English Learning Program.

My husband works at sea, and when he arrived home, he emailed USAFIS and complained about how they do business.

They reply from USAFIS was that a charge-back had been made and that we should check with our bank.

After doing an investigation, our bank told us the fee had never been refunded.

My husband contacted USAFIS again and now they are saying they couldn't refund the payment, as I had signed for the package, although it was sent under a different company name!

Also, we have never had access to our account. So we get to pay 800 Usd. for a service never provided.

THIS IS A SCAM AND PEOPLE SHOULD BE WARNED ABOUT THIS COMPANY!
