.........I certainly hope there is strength in numbers. USBI/ TELLIS has billed me $86.19 ( with all taxes) for supposed internet phone calls to Sweden - tel. # 468563131113. I have just emailed the FCC at fcc.gov/cgd/compliants - waiting on a response. Telliss has largely ignored my phone calls but has twice promised to block my phone number for future "use"- yeah , right! This is a convoluted mess!

USBI is the biller, TELLIS the provider. I guess registered mail may be the best alternative. This seems to be a WIN-WIN for these people as my local provider is holding me responsible for this charges. I just hope this doesn't affect my excellent credit rating. Well , best of luck to us all- let's keep hacking away at the credibility of them all.
