USBI-Tellis-One Call Comm Ripoff charges for call made to the United Kingdom Nationwide

I had a charge for $34.03 for a call made to the United Kingdom. My phone bill and internet services. They told me to contact the 800 number on my phone bill. When I finally got a human on the other end she told me it was a website I accessed that has international charges. I told the girl I didn't agree to access a website that had any international charges and her reply was they would block the number and give me a one-time dispute credit for the charges. I did read an FCC report that claims USBI charges international charges with out disclosing the information to the consumer first. Watch what websites you're accessing!
