USBI- Ameritel ripoff fraudulent long distance charges the business that doesnt give a dam United States Internet

May 2 I received my phone bill. My husband and I had been living in this house for one month. To my surprise, the phone bill includes charges for 2 calls placed to Cuba. The calls were placed on a day and time when both my husband and myself were at work.

Furthermore, our local phone company had hooked up our phone service, but the lines inside the house were cut. It was impossible that the calls were placed by either of us. I have called USBI several times and all they say is that they can't remove the charges.

I work for a telecommuninication department in a university and I spend all day disputing these kind of charges. It is aggravating and frustrating that none of the reps I have spoken to are willing to help. Neither were the supervisors! What to do???
