This company engages in deceptive practices with their free trial and takes a hard stance on cancellation and renewal policies. It is not worth any risk doing buisiness with this company. There are many other on-line sites that provide this service that are far more legitimate. I tried to cancel my subscription the day of and the day after and because it went through the day after they charged me and were completely unwilling to negotiate any kind of cancellation even when I told them I really needed that money to pay bills. They are cruel and heartless and couldn't care less about you. All they want is your money. Businesses don't have to treat customers that way and any that do should be flagged and customers warned.
