That exactly what I'm saying and I repeat: you have
misleading procedures that confuse people! What an awful courtesy to charge me 80Euro the same day you send me the notice that the free trial is over! Actually I do understand now: you took 1Euro to rip me off!
Please tell me something else!

Dear Dominik Richards,
please note that you are talking about two different accounts - for each account you got emails with login details and further detailed information:
one free trial (avi-t1657775699-trial), where a cancellation is not necessary and
- a regular trial package (customer no. 8672720 from your registration on January 14th).
account you are referring to.
Since you have not completed the registration process while signing up, we have provided you with
a free 1 GB account on t1657775699, which does not require a cancellation and
will expire automatically. However, you have signed up for our 14 day free trial on http://www.usenext.com.
Concerning this account with customer number 8672720, unfortunately, you have not cancelled your
contract in due time. Therefore, your contract was renewed automatically and
you have been charged with the amount due.
You can cancel your contract in due time as follows:
- Anytime during the free trial period (14.01.2012 till 28.01.2012).
- One day before the renewal of your contract if you have a regular account outside the trial.
In this context, we would like to draw attention to the terms and conditions you agreed upon
- When registration for your contract
- In the connection with our terms and conditions regarding cancellation
As stated in our terms and conditions, your contract was therefore renewed into the UseNeXT 30+ package on 29.01.2012.
Postscript: While you registrated for the regular free trial package you chose Payment via
PayPal during the registration process. And you were given the information
This will incur a fee of 1.00 EUR as we need to verify your PayPal account."
Best Regards,
Your UseNeXT team

Satisfactory solution from USENEXT?!

Hi!
Thank you for your message but allow me to express my dissatisfaction about your service and ways to proceed. Indeed, your procedures are contradictory and misleading confuse people who do business with you.
Why do you charge me since I got a message on January 15 of your service notifying me that my registration had been "abandoned"? I never use your service after this notice. Why, according to your rule that says you can not retroactively canceled his account, since you send a notice informing me that the trial period ends the same day you charged me? And why the amount of 80Euro and not 10 or 5? On what basis do you rely? This is a ripoff and if you do not cancel my bill or collection of my PayPal account you show us that UseNeXT is a fraudulent company that traps pigeons. You will find attached the documents.
Once again, please cancel my bill and further collection from my PayPal account.
Best regards!
Dominik Richard

Dear Dominik Richard,
The e-mail informing you about the expiration of your free trial does not relate to the account you are referring to.
Since you have not completed the registration process while signing up, we have provided you with a free 1 GB account on January 15th 2012, which does not require a cancellation and will expire automatically. However, you have signed up for our 14 day free trial one day before on January 14th 2012 on http://www.usenext.com .
Concerning this account with the customer number avi-8672720-765, we have neither been able to find a cancellation nor have you ordered one of our packages yourself. As stated in our terms and conditions, your contract was therefore renewed into the UseNeXT 30+ package on January 29th 2012.
If you cancel your account now, your account will still be active until the end of this contract period.
Please understand that cancelling your account retroactively is not possible.
Thank you for understanding!
Best Regards,
Your UseNeXT Team

Dear Dominik Richard,
First of all we are very sorry if you had any problems with our service.
Since we are keen on clarifying any misunderstandings we would like to explain all aboutour website. UseNeXT is a provider that offers access to the usenet. It works similar to an internet provider. The usenet is a worldwide network of servers and newsgroups, which can be entered via so called newsgroup readers. UseNeXT comes with easy-to-use software for those readers.
In order to gain access to the usenet via UseNeXT, you need to sign up on our website.
After the registration you enter the free trial period which lasts for 14 days. As mentioned several times during the sign up process as well as in the TOS (which have to be accepted by the customer) you have to cancel our service during the trial period if you do not want your membership to be converted intoa paid contract. You can cancel anytime via fax, support inquiry or simply by using the cancel button in the member area.
However, since we highly value customer satisfaction and are constantly trying to make our service as easy and transparent as possible, we would like to ask you to send an e-mail describing your problem to notice@usenext.de. We will then try to find a satisfactory solution.
Best regards,
Your UseNeXT Team
