i was hired by this company by a area rep for USM, after i was hired the 14 pages of paperwork they needed from me turned out to be nitemare on its own.. they said they were missing important pages so i couldnt be payed correctly, even though i mailed the whole packet together and faxed it to them. I was told i would be payed more since the work they wanted done was for a store half that size, i spoke to the area rep, he said he would take care of it, nothing happened, so i spoke to my acct rep for USM, all she did was take down my info then call me back n a week and ask if everything was resolved for me...
I worked for this place for a lil over a year before i quit, and i didnt have one single paycheck right the whole time i worked there, still to this day i havent been payed right, got told by different people that other people are working on it, but couldnt speak with them directly.
I had there machine serviced cause it wasnt working properly, and they wanted me to pay 2174 dollars when our deductable was 200 and it wasnt even my fault for the repairs, i told my acct rep about the bill USM sent me and she said not to worrry that wont come out of my pay, well me last check for 2500 was missing 2174 dollars for machine purchase, so when they hired a new company i took the machine they charged me purchase for it.. They said they would file a police report if i did not return the machine, i told em to go ahead and do it .. they told me that 5 times.. nothing happend.. i told them i would return the machine when they give me my money. That wasnt goin to happen so i finally returned the machine just to get my money. My acct rep and store manager sent me confirmation emails that the machine was returned n good condition, now the company is saying they dont have there machine even after i reemailed them there confirmation they sent me n the first place, i have been dealing with them weeekly since march and it is now NOV 2 2010...
I would never work for this company or recommend them for any of there services, i just found this website and i will have many more people add there stories also..
This company is joke for paying people and hope the go down big for it..
