Uturn supplies quarter vending machines and ripped me off on parts. They claim to have a lifetime warranty but they just told me that I would have to pay for any parts I could not prove beyond the shadow of a doubt were wear and tear items and that I could only get warrantied parts if I first sent the bad parts back at my own expense and then I would still have to pay shipping on the new parts.

Am a suppose to leave a hole in the side of the machine until they make a determination after they have already taken my parts.

I can't believe I have to cover all this shipping when it is their faulty equipment that is the issue. I have used them for years but their new policies on covering parts will definately cause them to lose me as a customer.
