When I discovered that the Gatlinburg Getaway 3 night vacation was a timeshare ripoff the 24 hour cancellation period had passed. I had already charged $139.00 to my MasterCard. Angie at 1-800-881-1227 did not thank me for my donation. However, she did say there would be no refund. They allow 72 hours to confirm a reservation and only 24 hours for a cancellation. Hope my experience helps others to avoid this ripoff.

As stated on the website you purchased from "The reason for the discount is that you do take a FUN and FRIENDLY tour of our beautiful Gold Crown properties during your stay. There is NO obligation to join or buy anything, just give us good word of mouth advertising." We sell the discounted packages via our 8 offices throughout the southeast, websites, and on location. Our company is no ripoff. We have been a business in good standing with the BBB and our customers for years, travelling thousands of customers on vacation. Again, I do apologize you were not satisfied with your experience with us and I look forward to hearing from you soon!
