Vacation Play Most Horrible Vacation We've ever taken Internet

I got a phone call from these people on Friday.  We were in the process of moving so I didn't have time to talk to them.  They were offering another vacation.  We took one of their so-called all inclusive vacations earlier this year to Hilton Head.  We were supposed to have a suite, we got a motel room that didn't even have a microwave or refrigerator...horrible....full bed, not king size.  We were promised meals, which we had to fight to get, they were even worse.  We ended up spending a lot of money out of our pocket that we were not supposed to have to spend.  It was a miserable trip.

They should not be allowed to rip-off people like this with their so-called vacations.

We were supposed to get gifts for taking their 90 minute tour.  We got back and went to the desk to turn in our paperwork and they told us we get nothing.  Very disappointed in these deceptions.

When the trip was planned, the confirmation was different from what was advertised on TV.  They said that wasn't what was offered.  We have it on a DVD.  My husband tapes the IMUS in the Morning program everyday and that is where it was advertised.  We have the offer on DVD.
