vacation play/HHID Booked a package deal any refused to guarantee the it! Woodstock Georgia

Booked 2 specials with vacation play a month in advance only to find out 2 days before the trip that the representative booked the packages wrong and one was changed to a regular price. No one NEVER contacted us to inform of us of any problems with our reservation.  Tried to reach a manager for 2 days and no one would return my call. Finally spoke with Mgr Amy who stated she was aware of what the booking representative had done, butHowever do to to their policy she refused to honor the original booking deal. Not only that!! She stated I could not cancel, or receive a refund because they don't issue refunds per their policy.  I asked how could she force me to uphold a policy that their employee NEVER informed to begin with. Amy was Very Rude and Unprofessional!! This company Ruined my Honeymoon and overall experience of the trip! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!..... You can get the same exact deal on the Island from any number of locations!!
