vacation play Direct Tour misrepresented what they were selling and the amount I had to pay. Hilton Head, South Carolina

Be very careful if Vacation Play calls you.  They called me and I fell into their trap thinking it was a different resort.  I have a vacation reservation at Spinnaker Resort at Hilton Head SC.  All timeshares have tours and they give out coupons as a reward.  This place led me to believe that was what they were doing.  Today I found out that they are representing a timeshare, Coral Sands Resort, who has lots and lots of lawsuits against them for scamming people.  They also have an "'f" rating with thhe BBB.  I signed up not knowing that it was for Coral Sands Resort tour.  They also told me that there would be a $49 advance, but that I would get it back on a visa card.  Well, today when I got a confirmation email from them, I found out what I was getting in to.  So, I immediately called them to cancel.  They refused to cancel or refund my money on my credit card.  So, I called the credit card company to register a dispute.  Then I found out that it was not the $49 they had said but they charged $72.  They still refuse to credit my cc.  So, I don't want these scammers to have my credit card number, so guess I will cancel that card and get a new one.  BE VERY CAREFUL OF A COMPANY CALLED VACATION PLAY OR ONE CALLED CORLA SANDS RESORT.
