Mr. Michael Scott, called me about a post i put on the VacationPropertiesbyOwner web page to sale my vacation property. He stated that he had a client that was interested in making a purchase.
Mr. Hall was the interest party, after speaking with Mr. Hall and reaching an agreement on price. Mr. Scott, started the paperwork.
On December the contract was written and signed in December 2016. It was time to pay closing cost $800. As stated in the contract the $800 was forward to Ms. Gravley attention at

For some reason Mr. Scott and Mr. Hall could not reach an agreement on the interest of the loan from Vacation Properties by Owners and the deal dragged on until March 2017.
In May 2017, I requested a refund of the $800. I have made several request for a refund since May; it's July 24, 2017, I still have not recived the refund and now I can't anyone to answer the phone and the website does exist any more.

The exact same thing happned to me in the exact same way with the same peoples names and everything. I spoke to Mr. Scott a few weeks ago and was told Sara was on vaction and he would find out what was going on when she got back. I emailed and called several times with no response and yes now all numbers, websites and email addresses are not available!!!
