 Michael Scott contacted me and told me he had a buyer for my timeshare. He then had a Robert Hall contact me and say he was interested. Then Michael contacted me again and said Mr. Hall had signed a contract and they needed money from me to complete the process and sell the timeshare. I sent the money then Mr. Hall said the interest rate Vacation Properties By Owner offered was too expensive and he was going to get financing through his credit union and when that did not work he was going through his bank. Of course this never happened so I contacted Michael and told him I wanted a refund because it was taking too long. He then told me he had 5 other buyers lined up. So I waited to see how that went and it has been 2 more months and nothing has happened. I tried to call them since I was getting no response to any of my emails to Michael or Sara. I have texted him and called and his mailbox is full. I also called Sara and the number has been changed. I have no clue what to do at this point. I am in desperate need for my money back my son was just burned terribly last Wednesday and we need our money back to care for him. Can anyone help me???
