Vacation Properties by Owner Same as everyone else. Company contacted me that they had a buyer for my timeshare and arranged the purchase. I paid $681 in fees to transfer the title. I was than contacted again stating the Whites did not have enough money for the closing and I would be refunded the money. I than offered to paid their closing of $731.12 and I have never heard from them again. I can't contact anyone. Mail box is full and no one replies to email. Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania

I was contacted the Vacation Properties that they had someone interested in my timeshare.  I was asked to contact the buyer and  give them all the information.  When we agreed on a purchase price I was asked to sign documents to sell the property and transfer the title.  I was told to pay $681 for paperwork fees.  The buyer Mr. White agreed to pay the closing fees.  Later I was told the buyer did not have enough money to pay the closing fees and the sell was not going through.  I was given the opportunity to pay the fees so the sell would go through which I did another $731.12.  I now can not get a hold of anyone.  Phone message is full and no one returns calls.  I am on a fixed income and have huge medical bills which is why I was selling the timeshare.  I am just sick. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
