Vacation Showroom ripoff Maitland Florida

I received a fax at work and thought what a great deal it was. I was a little nervous when they wouldnt take a credit card. But was excited to be going on vacation. I was told that I would receive a faxed confirmation. Never received after requesting it several times.

I finally spoke to a manger named Mary at ext. 134. I made her stay on the line til I received it by fax and she informed me that I would be receiving the info regarding my trip my mail in 5-7 business days. She would not overnight it and didnt care that I never received it and said that it was already mailed. Never received it.

I called again and never received it. Every time that I spoke to this company I requested a refund. They told me that there is no refunds period and are very rude. SHe also informed that when our call was recorded they tell us that there are no refunds. I told her no you didnt. She told me that I can have an attorney call and request copies of the call. I asked what happens if I book my trip and call the hotel to confirm my reservation.

She told me that the reservation is in the name of the company and they buy a bunch at a time. I am really learned not to trust anyone over this and feel really taken avantage of.
