VACATION SHOWROOM ripoff Palatka, Florida

I purchased a vacation package a yr ago. Remembered I have up to 18 months to use the package. I had insufficiend funds when I purchased the package so I was sent to a collection agency. Paid off the package and never received my package. Just had a baby and all I wanted to do is bring her to Disney World for Christmas or get a refund. Well here is the confirmation letter from a yr ago:

Remember spending part of a morning or afternoon on an exciting resort tour will be required on your first Florida destination only. You have to pay $29.00 per person $58.00 total the first time only that you book a travel date. There is no res-fee due for the other destinations. You will be staying within 20 minutes of Walt Disney world and Universal Studios Florida. You are currently pre-paid in the system for 3 nights in Orlando, 2 nights in Ft. Lauderdale (8 miles from beach), 4 nights in Cancun, and 2 nights in Las Vegas. Just call reservations when your ready to choose your arrival dates.

Terms
Although a 30-day notice is required, you may travel with as little as a 14 day notice for Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale vacations, if accommodations are available. At least one traveler must be 21 years of age or older. A Reservation fee of $58.00 is due at booking. Up to two additional people per room at no extra charge for Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale destinations. Only one package per household. Members of the same household may not use multiple packages to the same destination. Accommodations honored at nationally recognized, quality hotels such as Ameri-Host and Ramada Plaza Resort, which are located within ten minutes of attractions. Spending part of a morning or afternoon on an exciting resort preview is required. Airfare, tips, and hotel taxes not included. Las Vegas and Cancun require a 60-day advance notice, a refundable deposit, and a surcharge for 3rd and 4th guests occupying the same room.
