valentine & kebartas, inc. impersonating a law firm, fraudulent misrepresentation and FDCPA violations lawrence, Massachusetts

I would first like to point out to "Denis", the former employee, that contrary to your description of the owner of Valentine & Kebartas, Inc. with the gender identification of "he", in fact, this debt collection agency is actually owned by a "she"! Her name is Cheryl Valentine, and "she" is the President and C.E.O. of the company. Robert Kebartas, her partner, is "second in command. Their main office is in Lawrence, Ma., but they also operate a string of "boiler rooms" in Boise, Id., Bradenton, Fla., and somewhere in Panama. Ms. Valentine runs the Fla. branch. These fraud perpetrating scam artists have a really clever routine to scare people into sending them money. First, they deliberately identify their company using their own last names, (Valentine & Kebartas), in the EXACT same style and manner that REAL lawyers do. Then, they call from an 800#, (in my case, (866) 598-2788, from Bradenton, Fla.), which showed on my caller i.d. as "LAW OFFICE". Valentine & Kebartas are NOT lawyers, in ANY state, they are simply a couple of scam artists and lawyer IMPERSONATORS! Their boiler room "phone pro" threatened me with "legal action" against me if I didn't send them money. When I called their main office in Mass. to confront them about the fraudulent caller i.d., they tried to convince me that the word LAW in LAW OFFICE meant Lawrence, Ma. I just love it when some f**king jerk-off insults my intelligence with a REALLY BAD LIE! The lawsuit which I filed against them in Federal Court is now in the final stages before trial. I suggest to anyone who has been contacted by them, DON'T send them any money and look for the phony "law office" on your caller i.d.
