Valero yoka llc this individual that took over the valero a few months ago has been charging wrong tax rates on all of the items  raleigh North Carolina

I checked the internet and the sales tax for Raleigh, NC Taxes. Raleigh, NC,sales tax rate is 6.75%.  Check for yourself if you dont believe me.

If you take the price of the gum at 1.69 and compute the sales tax at .0675 it comes to 11.40 cents tax.  Add the 11.40 cents to the 1.69 and that comes out to 1.80 plus .40 percent of 1 cent. So he is giving you almost a 1/2 penny discount.

The Other retailer is only charging 1,77 percent sales tax, insteat of the .0675 percent sales tax.  Perhaps his location is out of the city limits of Raleigh.

So no, the worker at the Valero is not a Thief.  Perhaps you have been buying gum at the other location for a bit too long.
