valic Distribution of funds Amarillo Texas

After leaving my previous employer I requested my 401k be withdrawn from Valic/AIG for distribution. After paying 25.00 to have my check expedited overnight, it actually took three days to get something. While the company only sent a partial amount of monies owed, I contacted the company right away, and this is when the runaround and fraud started. Each day I contacted the company and was told a different thing about where the rest of the money was. I was told it will arrive UPS the next day, which never happened.

I was given a false tracking number, was told it was company regular mail, which all where lies to get me off the phone. Finally, I got tired and started contacting authorities this company has to answer too. Valic customer service, nor does the board of directors care about your money when you desire to get it out of there hands. They only want your money to invest to make them money. AIG Valic appears to be another Enron. Do not invest with this company. In other companies with excellent business practices which will safeguard your hard earned money.
