 To make it quick. They tell you that is 45% APR. No they take half of your payments per month talking about a rental fee but do not explain that. So you end up owing thousands of dollars for $600 couch...... And each time you call them and ask them why your bill is so high they can never explain. Horrible company. And I will continue to post this into people know how bad they are

Value city furniture VCF I searched queen beds with mattress it showed 616 results under queen bed with mattres i scrolled down found one i wanted to purchase and read the description. No where in the description does it say that mattress is not included so i ordered it paid for it and went and picked it up. It does not come with mattress Columbus Ohio

value city furniture the chair i purchased in Feb. broke. i have an extended warrenty. it was supposed to be fixed on 8-3-16. i was told they could not contact me because my phone number was not in service,thats a lie. i was told it could not be fixed until 8-15-16. i asked for my money back on the chair. they refused telling me i had only seven from the time of purchase to get a refund. this chair is a piece of trash and i expect a refund. merrillville Indiana
