Vanderbilt took over my doublewide mortgage from Associates in April of 2005.. My notes went up as well as many other people, we cannot get a reason for this increase.. They are threatening to forclose.. They are very rude and unprofessional over the phone, You get the runaround all the time and no awnsers to your inquiries.. If anyone starts a class action suit against this poor excuse of a company.. I am on board..
