Vanderbilt Mortgage ripoff Austin Texas

my name is brandi and i purchased a mobile home back in 2001 and back than our mortgage company was cit than they sold the account to chase and than chase sold our mortgage to vanderbilt mortgage and every since than we have had nothing but problems every since than.

Vanderbilt is trying to tell us that we are some payments behind but trying to get people to look and see is to far and between, we want this problem solved or we will take legal actions. Vaqnderbilt needs to get with cit and chase and see where the problem is. Back in 2001 we made 3 extra payments and no one can tell us where those payments went so i need help like other people do.
