Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We are having the same problem. Our mortgage was bought out in May, and we are beside ourselve already. We are being harrassed and threatened. We are one month behind and wham. They come up with all these extra charges, will not give us paper documentation, yet make threats.
Is there anything all their victims can do?
I would love to band together and figure something out.
