I was called from someone who threthened to take me to jail and court, then I was transferred to Sandy Elliott. She was nce but now there is no way to get ahold of these people. They sent me a letter to my address saying this was from 2009. I gave these people my card number and I am furiours to find out they are frads. People like this are pitiful and sad.

ACP Advanced capital processing and Vantage Point Services The company called me and told me I received and owe on a payday loan in 2010 and if i didn't pay in 2 hours they would be putting a warrant out for my arrenst for fraud. I freaked out and went through the whole process other then signing the documents and called the better business bureau and they told me what I needed from them and when I called them back they were rude and mean to me and I asked for a validation letter and they put me on hold and hung up on me. I refused to sign the documents and afraid they already got my infomation. Buffalo New York

Vantage point services My niece received a call from this Company stating they were the FBI and that I had two Felony warrants . They the proceeded to tell them I had 20 minutes to get in contact with the or there would be a policeman there to arrest me! I am a 65 yr old Grandmother who has NEVER been in trouble with the law!
