If you owe a debt they will have to summon you to court and then you can pay them through the courts with payments or a check garnishment and if you don't pay them once a court judgement has been entered against you then you will have an arrest warrant for non compliant with the courts. Vantage point is a rip off! Don't let them scare you into making a paymen! It is against the law if that happens and they keep harassing you you can file a complaint with the Attorney General of your state. If they call you, you can tell them you filed a complaint. Hopefully they will leave you alone if you file a complaint with the attorney general of your state. You can also contact an attorney to file a lawsuit against vantage point for illegally making threats and posing as lawyers just to get a payment
