 I received a call from Vantage Point Services based out of Dallas TX. Stating that if we do not pay 537.00 by. 08/03/13 that they were going to take me to court or to jail. They already took out 100.00 out of our account they wanted more money but we explain that we are on a fixed income and at the moment i am not employed, my husband is disabled and is currently receiving a disability check and this is how we pay our bills.

 These people are scammers - close you account ASAP!!! Don't give them another dime!! There is no court order or jail.

ACP Advanced capital processing and Vantage Point Services The company called me and told me I received and owe on a payday loan in 2010 and if i didn't pay in 2 hours they would be putting a warrant out for my arrenst for fraud. I freaked out and went through the whole process other then signing the documents and called the better business bureau and they told me what I needed from them and when I called them back they were rude and mean to me and I asked for a validation letter and they put me on hold and hung up on me. I refused to sign the documents and afraid they already got my infomation. Buffalo New York

Vantage point services My niece received a call from this Company stating they were the FBI and that I had two Felony warrants . They the proceeded to tell them I had 20 minutes to get in contact with the or there would be a policeman there to arrest me! I am a 65 yr old Grandmother who has NEVER been in trouble with the law!
