Vapex Try EVAPER, TRIVAPER Bait & switch ad states ONLY $4.95 not $104.95, hid real terms on 3rd page very hard to find Bluffdale Utah

I went to and purchased the ‘FREE STARTER KIT’ for only $4.95 shipping & handling.  I also ordered an accessory package also ‘FREE’ only shipping and handling ($4.95). 

1.)    Vapex E Cigarette offered a special promotion for a starter kit of only having to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling.  Also as part of the promotion I ordered additional flavors again for only $4.95 for shipping and handling.
 
2.)    No confirmation email was sent from Vapex. In 2 weeks the product showed up in the mail in a plastic bag. There was no instructions included nor anything indicating that they would be over charging my account. 

3.)    Then Two weeks after I placed my order I was billed additional fees I never agreed too. On Wednesday 1/29/14 I was charged $99.95 and on 2/6/14 I was charged $79.95. I immediately notified MFCU on Monday Feb 3, 2014 when the additional payment was stolen. I wanted to cancel my debt card then however MFCU told me to wait. By waiting this allowed Vapex to charge me again in the fee of $79.95 (on 2/6/14).

4.)    I called both phone numbers listed on my bank statement (403) 505-7945 and (402) 852-1984. Both numbers are not in service. The web page listed re-directed me to another E vapor cigarette company. The other E cig manufacture called me back and verified that they were not Vapex.

5.)    There is no place on their ad that indicates there would be additional fees other than the onetime $4.95 cost.

It wasn’t until March 7, 2014 that I was able to find the additional location at the very bottom of the terms and conditions page (that clearly states in HUGE bold fonts ‘ONLY $4.95 ‘ at both the top and bottom of the page)

In very a very small font an additional ‘Terms’ where they mention you only have 18 days to notify them not to steal an additional $99.95. It’s obvious that this is nothing but ‘Bait & Switch’ $4.95 turns into $104.95 being stolen.

6.)    Vapex stole an additional $179.90. I expect it to be returned? My bank was notified that it had to be unopened which is not listed anywhere. It’s a good product but they are clearly using ‘Bait and Switch’. They are also charging 2 to 3 times more than the cost of comparable products. Probbably why they are using ‘Bait & Switch’ 

7.) In fact their return policy (also hidden on the 3rd page) clearly states

“If you, the buyer, are unhappy with the product for any reason — even if you've used the full supply of the supplement — you can return the remaining supply or empty bottle for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling ($4.95).”
