On December 31st I ordered a free ecig from Vaperxs which stated all I had to pay was the $4.95 for shipping. I called them on January 11th to inform them I had yet to recieve my package I had to leave a voicemail.

That same day they had charged my credit $99.95. After not recieving a call back, I called again on January 13th. They informed me that the $99.95 was charged after my 12 day evaluation period, which I knew nothing about. My question to them, how can I evaluate a product that I never recieved. All I got was an apology and told that once I recieved the product to call them back and they would inform me how to go about returning it and getting a refund.

This afternoon I recieved the product in the mail and promptly called them back. I was then told that the $99.95 was a charge for the rest of the kit that they had already mailed out and that what I have recieved is just the starter kit.

They said I must await the next package and then send them both back before I can even recieve my refund. So now not only am I out of almost $100 dollars that I needed for bills and did not know they were charging me. I have to pay to ship back both packages before they will even return my money. They said it could be 5-7 business days before I recieve the next package.

I find this hard to believe when the original order I placed on the 31st of December said it would ship within 2-5 business days, yet the package that came in the mail today says the stamps.com postage was placed on January 10th.

This company has no regard for their customers. The only concern of theirs is making money they never tell you you are paying until after they charge you for it, and then making it as difficult as possible to rectify the situation.
