Since you are a member of the Illinois Automatic Merchandising Council, and on the newsletter committee, why isn't your company a member of the Central Illinois BBB (www.bbb@heart.net)? You have two addresses there: 103 W. Main Suite 5 and 306 East Main St, both in Oblong, IL 62449.

I guess it's time to involve Illinois' new D.A. Your company is multi-state so it should fit under the interstate commerce clause.
