I will reply to your email before the end of May 2006 with more information. I need to know who might be interested before I proceed. If I am going to turn this into a class action law suit then I can no longer use the free legal services provided for me by my company.

Of course I have another sob story about Vending Dreams but I don't want to waste your time with it right now. I have been constructing a $3000 law suit against them for nearly 1 year. I have a pile of documents and well over a dozen recorded phone calls that give me a very strong case. Now that they are out of business which made me wonder what to do about the civil suit.

Luckily, one of the prosecuting attorneys who dealt with the Enron scandal just happens to be a personal friend of mine. Since Vending Dreams is out of business, her recommendation is to put the civil suit on hold and pursue criminal charges for Jim Ellis, Susan Davis, Ashley Ferguson, Steven Mills and Robert Chris Oehler. Criminal charges will make our civil suit easier and may also tells how likely we are to collect on any judgment we get. Some of these crooks are suspected of using fake names. I believe we can still track all of them down but that might be easier with your help! Please send any identifying information (addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc) that could aid in locating any of the Vending Dreams crooks.

You will be pleased to know that we have already made progress locating some of the crooks but it is best if we keep the specifics confidential right now.

I have a long paper trail with the Better Business Bureau. If there is one thing I have learned through all of this, it is that the Illinois BBB is worthless at best. Sites like ripoffreport.com are definitely a more effective way of getting the word out about crooked companies. I have every reason to believe that the Illinois BBB is a corrupt deceitful organization with at least one employee in bed with Vending Dreams. That is a long story by itself but if anyone else filed multiple complaints with the Illinois BBB and feels the same way, let me know (especially if you dealt with Nancy Poe from the BBB).
