About a year ago, I purchased one of their products through Stoneberry.com for my autistic son, who saw the stereo in one of Stoneyberry's catalogs and told me THAT was what he wanted for Christmas.

I purchased an RCA 5-Disc CD/AM/FM Audio System for $99.99 + $30.49 for S&H. 

My son LOVED the radio and played it often, though not every day. Then, suddenly, he attempted to turn it on and it was totally DEAD. It just would not turn on for no reason. Totally DEAD. My question to you is what kinds of bogus products do you manufacture when a 5-Disc CD/AM/FM Audio System only lasts for LESS THAN ONE YEAR??? Luckily, my son had the foresight to NOT throw out his old stereo system, which is over 10 YEARS OLD, because he has now been using that as a backup. Now, you tell me how can this old system still work after over 10 years and your bogus inferior quality system BREAKS without warning after less than a year??? I would hope that you would stand by your product and at least offer to ship me a replacement audio system to make up for this one breaking after LESS THAN ONLY ONE YEAR.

I contacted Stoneberry Customer Service who told me that they only provide a 30-day return/exchange policy.
They provided me with the name of the manufacturer - Venturer Electronic, Inc. - and provided me a phone number of 1-800-506-5746. However, when I try to contact the company, all I get ia s BUSY signal.

I want this issue resolved to my satisfaction which would include either refunding my money OR providing me a replacement stereo system.
