RCA Ventura Electronics  A really bad home theater device after 8 months Lock Port New York

I started dealing with this company 8 months after I bought the unit December 2012, to date I am still trying to get a remote and manual for the replacement unit RCA Home Theater RTB10223 Defective unit replaced by (RTB 10323l) now this unit came with no remote control nor a manual to operate it with. I have made numorus call's recieving everything from runaround to lie's from Ventura. RCA use to be one of the best product's money could buy, but now it's not worth the even making a ntrip to the trash can. They have totally ripped us off and if you the future buyer even consider's an RCA Purchase you had better get some other brand or you will be ripped off as have a lot of people.
