RCA Ventura Electronics Inc I bought a rca digital tv converter box on March 20 2014, the converter box blew up around July 2014, I called RCA and they told me to send it to them , they would either fix mine or give me a new one. I mailed it back still under the warranty on 120902014. I paid 14.08 to ship it to them, I then recieved the same converter back to me in about 8 weeks later, it was the same converter and it did not work. I have sent them my reciepts and everything. I spent $53.00 and $14.08 Lockport New York

Bought a Rca conferter box at Walmart 3/20/2014 for,  $49.87. Conferter box blew up (sizzles while I was watching a show and then went dead). 

I called RCA and they gave me an address to mail the conferter box back , they said they would either fix it or mail another new one back. I spent $14.08 on the mailing labels and mailed back 12/9/2014 within year warranty.

I then recieved the converter box back in about 8 weeks, the converter never worked, I even had another person try and make it work. It was sent back to me with no work order in the box to explain what they did, I just got back all my paperwork.

I then called back numerous times to explain it did not work and they said they would send me some labels to send it back to them, this went on for 2 months and they never sent the labels. I spoke to the manager and he said to give him another email address so I gave him my neighbors email address and she states no labels are in her email. 

I do not know what is going on with this, I would like a refund $52.43 for the converter and 14.08 for the shipping labels that I spent to send the conferter as I bought this conferter , it lasted 4 months before it became inoperable , I sent it back during warranty and I am treated as if I don't even exist.
