Venture Pools ............made many promises that have not been fulfilled and now have threated to sue us. Salesman Rudy Vrba when selling the pools to us assured our lawn would be "just like it was" when they arrived....we now have a construction access full of cement fragments , rocks and construction debris from the front of our home across or backyard to the pool site , and they tell me they are not responsible for any repairs.The decking was to be ammended with some extra red stones to match all other flagstone and pool amenities but it was not done . I have this in writting, but to no avail they say they are not responsible. When the pool was sold to us we told the salesman Rudy we did not want a "BLUE" pool.......we wanted a natural look , so we selected a plaster finish of Black, grey, white and Navy blue specs. They plasters with a solid blue plaster ....also promised a water outlet to wash the decking and water plants .did not get it. Sebveral other small things not done. Now we are sitting here with a 50,000.00 investment and it is not what we contracted for. RIPOFF !!!!!!

Les Lurey, I see that you've posted a rebuttle to this it shows me that you do care about your business. That is one of the first steps to show that you care about your business and your customers and I'm impressed with that but I can show you how to take this to a new level and show you how to get more business Personally myself I know what it's like to deal with pool companies that do not care about their customers because we recently had a pool installed in Phoenix Arizona And what a nightmare it was because the pool company had so many different subcontractors that we're not communicating with the customer regarding scheduling things that need to be done So I speak from first-hand want to comes to pool companies and how some of them just do not care about their customers but it's obvious to me that you do Please go to your LinkedIn page and look at the request that I sent you I am a reputation consultant and I can definitely help you turn things around I even sent you my number Given today but there are so many different complaints so it's one thing about Rip Off Report Rip Off Report does care about the consumer but it also cares about the businesses that truly want to reveal their commitment to customer service faction

Mr Rickey C. Beck in response to your letter I would like to say that Venture Custom Pools has built your swimming as per your contract. If there is anything that we have not done , that is on your contract , please show it to me and I will be glad to do it. It is Venture Pools policy to build swimming pools per the contract for the protection of the buyer and Venture Pools. It is very easy to accuse companies of wrong doing with out any facts. Mr Beck has a beautiful swimming pool that was built per our aggreement. If there is anything on the contract between Mr Rickey C. Beck and Venture Custom Pools that we did not do as per our written aggreement please show me and I will do it.
I hope that fair minded people who read Mr Rickey C. Becks blind accusations will also read my answer and understand that companies can only build what clients contract and pay for. It is unfortunate that people can accuse you of not fullfilling a contract without producing the contract as proof. Mr Beck I will produce our agreement that shows we have completed your swimming pool project in full . Successful companies cannot give things to people for free just because they want them.
