Verison Wireless ripoff, abnormally high number of dropped calls. I logged calls I had over 150 drppped calls from the first week in December 2005 til the 15th of Jan. 2006. I complalined in October of 2005 what I was experiencing. Phoenix, AZ Internet

My problem with Verison Wireless is they are inept when it comes to customer service. I complained that I was experiencing terrible service as early as mid september 2005, and continually thru Oct and Nov. In Dec 2005 I started a log of dropped calls. By the middle of January 2006 I had over 150 calls logged.

When I talked to the customer service, they gave me a number to call to get my phone reprogrammed. I had a dropped call during this procedure. Also one other time I had a droppped call when I was talking to them, and I had to call back several times. Long story short is my daughter had the verison plan, and lived the same distance from the Interstate that I did, and almost never experienced dropped calls.

My gripe is I told them on the last that if my service didn't improve I would drop them as a provider. Their comeback was that I had a contract, and I would have to pay a big bill to cut the time short. I said no, if you give me lousy service that is indeed reason enough to cut the service and end the business relationship.

I get my credit report and here is big Verison with a charge off against me. I want to pursue them in small claims court because of their calloused and cavalier manner in handling customer complaints against their company. Someone has to hold them accountable for their improper actions.

Nothing will suit me better than going to Small Claims Court against Verison, or any other legal action, the bad publisity could improve their customer service.
