I ordered Verizon's FIOS "Triple Freedom" bundle service.

I'll make this short. No one (sales staff, advertising material, follow-up sales & wireless sales staff - we added to the bundle) EVER mentioned needing to specify an International Plan. I've been in telecomms for years and understand this, but assumed (a very dangerous thing to do) that IF I needed to specify it with the BUNDLE service that someone might mention it????

I can assure you - No one did. I get a call from their fraud division saying that close to $300.00 worth of calls has gone to the UK (calling my son).

Was advised I needed to take it up with their clandestine group in Annapolis, MD. OK, a little sarcasm but you try contacting this secret group. For some reason NO-ONE, I mean NO-ONE can contact them. Not even customer service reps (I can only guess they don't have the right security clearance).

I won't go into the number of calls, the "oh that person shouldn't have told you that" scenarios.

Buyer Beware!!!! - Specify your International Dialing Plan before you make a call.
