Verizon Wireless Hides Customer Service Calls from Bill Call Log Internet, Internet

I have had to call Verizon on multiple occassions in regards to my terrible internet service. I had previously had the 3G unlimited plan, but because I was a "high data user" they slowed my internet down to the pint that it would not work. I made several calls about his and on the 3rd call was informed that I was being denied access (to a service I was paying for) for using my UNLIMITED service and "hogging" the cell tower. BUT, if I upgraded to the 4G plan with the 5gig a month fr 50 bucks and 10 bucks every partial gig after that...I could continue to use the internet as I had been without any issues. Since I am in school on-line, I had no choice. I had to be able to access my classes. I upgraded and have had nothing but problems since. The internet is slower than it was when I had the 3G and I am often unable to even connect! I have calle about 8 times in the 4 months that I have had this new service. I was looking at my call records and NONE of these calls show up. I need to know how to acess these records for when I cancel this service and refuse to pay the cancellation fee because of thier poor service...so that I can fight this and show that I have been trying to get this situation corrected. Does anyone know how to get these call logs. I have nw started taking pictures of my cell screen, but it only stores a month of call logs.
