Having been contacted by Verizonwireless concerning my overdue account, I audited my bill and found I was overcharge for nights (after 9pm) and weekends. I proceeded to contact Verizonwireless on June 7, 2005 via the contact number on my bill *611. The call was answered by the Charleston office in a timely manner and Operator Patricia (operator 3686) was extremely helpful. In so much so that I was referencing my April bill concerning the overcharges. She said that she observed overcharges for May. And not only May she observed from her records as far back as she could access, that I was overcharged for nationwide long-distance along with Nights and weekend contradicting my cell phone plan.

I have 4 numbers on the plan and only one number (my original cell phone number was being overcharged)
I asked to be contacted by her Supervisor Dave Kish. She said he was not available until 2pm and would leave a message to call me. I waited for his call he did not call. I then called him approx. 4pm and asked for a full audit to be performed and I also asked how many other customer had been involved with my same problem. He had no answer and said he would get back to me. I know of a least hundreds of dollars I was overcharged. Who else has been overcharged?

I demand a full investigation be conduct and full restitution with interest be awarded to damaged customers along with pain and suffering from conflicts deriving from overcharges on cell phone bill.

I myself have suffer physical and emotional damages from my family members due to overcharges on my cell phone bill which I have come to find out some of them were Verizonwireless errors and omissions.

Verizon may be responsible for a form of domestic Terrorism!

Great Question

Contact the FCC. Right away. Ask for a supervisor and file a written complaint. Then forward to your Congressman/woman.

I'd complain all the way on this one.
