Total ripoff! Only interested in $$$! I booked the wrong tour on line and called immediately to change it and was told too late...was within 7 day cancellation clause! I wanted to book another tour in its place and they said no refund! Will never use them again!

Viator refunded my money!

After making an error on Viator's site and being told they would not refund my money, Viator called late last nite and refunded my full charge! Perhaps my VM, email to them and complaint on this site helped!
