Hallo guys,

i have placed an order on 09.09.2017 online and confirmed the payment, after waiting for one week they didnt send me any Confirmation and as i wrote them email i got an answer after 10 days that they have dispatched my order on 19.09.2017 but it showed on online tracking on 22.09.2017.

now i would like to share some emails from both sides.

22.09.2017

Dear Vibrant Thread Team,   i have placed my order 2 weeks before (#4168) and still not get any tracking number. i dont know if it has been sent from your store, it would be great effort from you if you could arrange shipping and orders on time for your international customers although i cant recommened your service as long i dont get my order on time.   P.S: i hope to get my order in next 3 to 5 days otherwise i have to speak with my Bank to take the money back in case of late delivery.   Best Regards. 04.10.2017   Hallo Mitch,   I have been checking the following link you sent me in your last E-mail on 22.09.2017 and now its again almost two weeks but the status has not changed. i am very disppointed from your service but still dearly waiting for my Jacket.   please do me a favour, check the current status and give me feed back or it would be alright when i will apply to get my money back from your bank?   Regards Hassan Syed.   Reply from company.

25.10.2017   Hallo Mitch,   I still did not recieved my order and as per recommendation, i have been to Local post every week to ask current status and they refused to have any further informations from your mentioned Tracking number.   I ordered on 09.09.2017 and got a delivery E-mail from your company after 10 days on 19.09.2017 and today is 25.10.2017 and still no updates and after 6 weeks. could you please let me know what is the reason of this shamefull delivery process?   waiting for your reply. Deborah was an employee and literally had nothing to do with it. It's between cody emsky, the customers and cody's supplier. Please take deborahs name down.
