This company failed to live up to its end of our agreement. In 2005, I entered into an agreement with this company which stated that I would pay the equivalent 6 house payments and they would agree to find someone to buy our home. I was told that I would not be responsible for making any payments due to the fact that I had made the 6 payments, but that it would be an "owner finance". The whole process was supposed to take 1 to 2 years according to Daniel and Shawn. It is now 2015 and the home is still in my name. They have not only not lived up to their end of our agreement, but they also have forged several documents with my "signature". these documents include a loan modification with the mortgage company and check stubs that show that I worked for them. I have never signed such documents and have never worked for this company. This has fraud written all over it.
