VIP Auto Parts They installed Westin Nerf Bars on my truck backwords. Waterville Maine

I ordered Westin Nerf Bars (pipe steps that go on the side of my truck to help me get in). VIP put them on backwards so instead of being parallel to my truck they came out in back and tapered in the front. I tried to use them and slip ed, my friend did the same thing. The front was in so far that they were dangerous when wet. When I told the Man behind the desk something was wrong he insisted that they were aerodynamically designed that way. Fortunately other people there listened to me and they fixed the problem. All they had to do was reverse them and now they are straight and use able.

The man was going to charge me for the first mechanics error but someone else said to do it at no charge. The seeing impaired man kept insisting that they were right and when they actually were correct he just walked off. I have done business with VIP for years. Yes I am a woman but am not stupid.

Most VIP's are great and I thought the Watervill store was also until now.
